Ashley Dupre lands another innocent big fish.

Behold, the very face of innocence.

Remember that girl Ashley Dupre, the call girl who was at the centre of Governor Eliot Spitzer's remarkable tumble from grace last year. You know, the governor was another of these chaps who are happy to talk about morals and laws and family life and all the other things men in politics like to talk about, while simultaneously paying great sums of money to very young women to have his sexual needs met behind his wife's back.
What are they called again? Oh hypocrites, that's the word.
Well anyway, yesterday the famous sticky web that is Ashley 'Kirsten' Dupre, managed to catch herself another wholly innocent fresh-faced newbie to the world, one 35 year old Thomas "TJ" Earle, described by the Post as 'a construction hunk'.
Millionaire TJ, the ' New Jersey asphalt prince' is married to Alisa, his childhood sweetheart and has two children with her. He lives in a 'McMansion' in New jersey, funnily enough not too far from the Dupre family home.
When caught by photographers with 23-year-old Dupre -after spending a day together, taking romantic meals and shopping, staying at the Gramercy Park Hotel over night ( even better, a hotel he spends his wedding anniversary in yearly) and so on, the 'prince' went 'oh-oh' and scuttled quick smart back to his 'McMansion' to pour oil over the troubled water of his 'perfect' marriage.

Everyone following this so far? So what's an innocent babe to do? Why lay the blame squarely where it belongs. With that hussy Dupre of course.

"After a reporter tried to confront Alisa and TJ at their McMansion about his tryst, the wayward hubby told his wife that Dupre "set him up" - and 36-year-old Alisa believes him, sources said."

"I think [Dupre's] getting off on being a home-wrecker," said an outraged source, who knows the trollop."
"Alisa is a sweetheart," a source sighed when describing why she would believe her husband.

"But just before going to New York with Dupre, a source said TJ told Alisa that he was going on a business trip to Colorado. He asked his wife to go with him, knowing that she'd turn him down, the source added."

" Sources said that Alisa knows Dupre's mom so well that they routinely work out together at the Atlantic Club gym in Manasquan.

"You'd think [Carolyn] would tell her daughter not to mess with TJ," said a source."

See!See! That poor soul TJ, that VILE temptress Ashley! What chance did he have? I mean she's a trollop and a home wrecker, she's a prostitute and a set up artist, my god the man is only 35! And a business man to boot, what could he possibly know about the way of the world? How could he possibly be prepared for the siren call of a gal like Ashley? Maybe it's the mother's fault, she should have TOLD her daughter not to mess with a married man. You know, because it's hardly HIS fault if he breaks his vows, cheats and humiliates his wife, lies, boasts of hotties and getting hotties for free, and puts his family in turmoil in the process of getting his jollies. Good lord no.
Clearly TJ Hooker is the victim here, and don't anyone forget it. Happy Friday to you.

Can anyone explain why this is newsworthy?

Fair enough with the politician who was shown up to be such a hypocrite.

But this is just "News of the World" type shit.

"wealthy middle-aged man cheats on wife" unfortunately isn't really much of a shocker.

Dunno Conan, holding his wallet close to his balls?

Oh Morgor, its because it's Ashley Dupre, that wicked vixen. And because it was with the 'prince of asphalt'. Next thing you'll be telling you don't care about Peaches Geldof and whether or not Matthew Broderick really DID cheat on Sarha J Parker with a fiery redhead.

11:00 a.m.
Blogger fatmammycat said...

hmm, Sarha? Really, I don't drink this early in the day, I swear it.

Morgor? At 35 he's middle aged? That's an awful thing to say on a Friday morning. I'm 39. Do I have to call myself late middle aged? Dammit, I thought I was still in the first flush of youth. Though my knees tell me differently.

"wealthy spring chicken cheats on wife"

ahem.

Out of curiosity what age do you consider middle-aged?

Average life expectancy is 80ish, so 35 is close to the middle... maybe I should just shut my whippersnapper of a mouth...

He is terrible to be sure but she wrecks homes for a living, knowingly has sex for money with married men. I do think she is worse. Imagine been married to somebody a couple of years having his kids and then you find out he slept with a whore, sure'd he did it but she facilitated it. She knowingly does it on a daily basis, ruins families! They are right to ridicule her. What she does is worse than stealing.

Morgor, I'd put middle age at fifties.

He's an idiot but one has to wonder, has she got a book deal yet? Or does she sell her stories a client a time to the quality press?

She does it everyday! She knows that when she sleeps with a person that they may be married. She know that she is playing a part in destroying an innocent women’s life, not to mention the diseases the poor women could get. If I were to sleep with a married man, even one that I loved, society would rightly condemn me why should she be any different? Not only are they doing that, prostitutes encourage trafficking foreign women. He is a bastard and if his wife had any sense she’d divorce him but she dedicated her working like to making a quick book from dirty men and troubled marriages.

Prostitution is not something you can justify, it is dangerous and young girls get dragged into and before they know it they are stuck.

If she knowingly gets involved with a married man then she plays her part in wrecking the marriage - there's a pair of them in it. Either way, do you really care that much FMC? You ridicule trashy papers for printing this stuff but then go to the trouble of relaying it to your readers. I enjoy your blog but stuff like this is dull and best left to the tabloids and the likes of heat.

Couldn't tell you Conan, she was trying to get a music deal last year, after the Eliot Spitzer case, so who knows what's going to come out of that. She has brass balls that's for sure.

Nobody's justifying anything Nonny. Just laying the blame over and more even playing field. It's not her job to worry about the wife Nonny. Just like it's not her job to worry about skin cancer or whether Alex Ferguson ought to sign a new player or not. She's not married, she didn't force any of her clients to seek her out. They did that of their own accord.

I'm not denying he is responsible but a "job" come on now, it is not a job any more than drug dealing is. It exploiting people both the punters and the young girls involved. And even if you do class it as a profession, if a person doing their job was to deliberately harm another they would most likely be penalised. It is becoming a huge problem here. People have a social responsibility to others and deliberately harming innocent women is terrible. You have to have some morals and prostitutes don't.

Nonny - I can't believe you place more blame on the prostitute than the idiot men who use them. Cat's right - this guy freely sought out her services, LIED to his wife, continues to LIE to his wife, and calling Dupre the homewrecker in this case is a flat out lie. He's a LOT more than half responsible for that. He's an adult, he made a promise to be faithful to his wife when they got married - Dupre has made no such promise to anybody and is not responsible for what happens in other people's marriages.

There's a reason it's called "the oldest Profession." Frankly, I think it should be legalized so we can get these women some health insurance, regular STD screenings, and get many of them out from under the thumbs of abusive pimps - AND tax their income. Then we can worry about providing alternatives for women who think this is their only or best professional option.

Nonny, prostitution is very rarely a choice for most women. People get inot it through desperation and economic necessity. Blaming prostitutes for errant men who wreck their families is like smashing up the radio because you heard someone you didn't like on it.

Her pussy must have the taste of sweet nectar and the tightness of a wheel clamp in Dublin city center. Her pubic hairs braided into golden strands and the moistness of a ripe pear, her breasts gravity defying, firm yet supple. Her legs, long and lithe like a gazelle, smooth as the purest silk, her lips pouting and full, red as crimson and as succulent the sweetest peach, wouldn't you give it all up for this?

1:56 p.m.

Miss Cat, highlight how people are singling her out as the main culprit when clearly you think is it him. That seems to take a lot of responsibility of the prostitute. Prostitutes like that lady will do anything for money and they don’t care about whom get hurt in the process. How anybody can think that is right is beyond me.

Legalising it is a ridiculous idea. In counties were prostitution is legalised the girls suffer more, that is fact. Look at Asia and Australia, Kings Cross is a nightmare.

I do understand that some people get involved in it when they are very young and wind up trapped. I wholeheartedly sympathise with them. However I don’t feel sorry for the lady in your post nor do I feel sorry for the older women who “mind” the young girls. The men are terrible and pimps are bastards but knowing that your actions can hurt somebody else is immoral and as I said in any other “industry” that would not be tolerated. You cannot justify it.

"her lips pouting and full, red as crimson" HeHe I thought Barbara Cartland was dead - but obviously execrable purple prose in that vein still flourishes among the literary challenged! I would prefer the other half go to a business girl and pay for his moments of madness than have an affair. We need to be a bit realistic about human nature - people do get sexually bored after the initial passionate frison segues into loving companionship, routine and children - it doesn't have to mean the end of a loving relationship if they go off for a quick fix to a prostitute. And middle age is from 30 to 65 when one is officially an old age pensioner. (Joan Collins would disagree). But some famous dude said old age is always 15 years older than he is, so I guess we could apply the same criterion to middle age! I'll get my coat.

Medbh said "It highlights the power dynamics within patriarchy which allows men to rape women for money." Medbh, I'm sorry but this is total bollocks. It is a business transaction between two willing participants, no rape involved. Some prostitutes have done extremely well, both financially and socially - there are a few moving around in the aristocratic social sets here and abroad. Rape is a horrible, vicious, disgusting crime of force and often damages its victims irreparably. Equating it with willing prostitution is just plain disengenuous.

rape is as different to prostitution as slavery is to work.

Patriarchy is fundamentally a rape culture whereby women are the sex class and exist to service men. Sex workers try to use this dynamic to their advantage by getting paid for it. In exchange for money, they let men use their bodies. All the power in this transaction is with the men. All the women get is money. They are not empowered by being in the sex trade.
